Ekho Hotel Grenoble Nord Saint Egrève is set in Saint-Egrève, just 4.5 km north of Grenoble and 2 km from the A48 motorway. It offers views of the Vercors Plateau and the Chartreuse Mountains. “A pleasant stay”
A great place to stay on route to Les haute Alpes, it’s about a 90 minute drive from here to Alpe D’Huez. The room was modest in size, functional but clean and the bed was comfortable with more pillows on request. There is air con but it was turned off (for winter)? staff speak English. The hotel is situated in a business park, a 5-minute drive to Carrefour where’s there’s a petrol station, and a 5-minute walk to nearby restaurants. The local area is quiet, well-lit with dual pedestrian and cycle lanes and we felt perfectly safe.

Friendly staff. Excellent location on terms of motorway access, but limited dining options. Went to The Buffallo Grill next door ,again, which was fine.

“Excellent to stay on a roadtrip”
Nice and well equipped hotel room. Clean and tidy! Beds were very comfy! Our twelve years old daughter found the cabin bed very cool!

“Cheap and not so cheerful”
Noise from the car park in the middle of the night was terrible. And no action taken. Mould in the bathroom. No staff at check-in, has to be done digitally- a surprise
