The location is very central. It has a great outdoor space, covered terrace. To have parking in the centre of town was fab. The instructions provided on arrival were super helpful. Bathroom is modern.

It’s a good price for value, everything else is quite expensive in this city and on the island in general. Easy to check in and with a parking space for a car. Good area for shopping and restaurants, nice to walk around this small city center. Very comfortable apartment, good bathroom with a nice terrace✅.

The room/apartment is clean and had a garage which is very convenient if you have a car.

This is a really practical, comfortable studio with a fantastic indoor patio area. The kitchen and bathroom are modern and attractive. The location is brilliant for a walk around town.

The underground parking and sanitary area ( shower, washbasin and WC) was completely OK That was the positive !

Room was newly furbished. Really nice design and composition. It has a little terrace isolated from surroundings. There was a big TV you could connect with your Netflix account

26nightsNovember-December2022. ni In a Quiet & Secluded Nest! Cedric is a very caring host, yet discreet. It has made me feel «at home with a reachable owner». Everything about this StudioHotel has been thought through to give the guest a chic,happy and memorable experience. I am not going to repeat the truly rave review Cedric’s place already have regarding its location, tastefull layout, well resourced including the secured parking but only add :the surprising (for me) presence of a lift to the Terracotta Apartment, which is a rare find in CBD of St Denis Reunion. Definitely now, a Treasured Souvenir.

Great location, the appartment is still very new inside and has a nice terrace, parking included as well. Great to explore the city but there is not a lot to see...

The apartment was very safe, clean and well maintained. It is in the centre and walking distance to all shops and restaurants.

It's a very beautiful apartment in a nice city center with a great location. Renovated, privacy yard where you can sit outside. All equipment with kitchen and more. The check in process is great and the host is very nice. Although I have thoughts and doubts about the cleanliness a bit. For example, the floor is not clean.
