Beautifully situated in quiet countryside. The property is spacious and well equipped. Our host was very welcoming. An ideal location to use as a base to explore the area. We would not look to stay anywhere else when travelling through again. Parking easy and safe. The breakfast - croissants, bread, homemade jams, and best of all, eggs from her chickens, freshly cooked and were very tasty.

“An overnight stop in Normandy”

A charming rural location, and a beautiful country house. We were there for one night, but this would be a great base for a longer stay to explore this part of Normandy. We were made very welcome, served a delicious breakfast, including eggs laid by our host's hens! You can certainly taste the difference!

The host provided an excellent breakfast, plenty of food including fried eggs from her own free range chickens, coffee, juice and croissants. The location is very rural, so no traffic noise just the sound of the chickens clucking. Dog friendly too. The gite is a recently converted farm building, tastefully done and has interesting period furniture and ornaments.

Traditional ( large ) French gite, very well appointed. Lovely comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. The host is a lovely lady, welcoming and friendly. Added bonus is the inclusive breakfast, which is a selection of local produce. Rural location so very quiet and safe, but only 10 mins by car to the main town of Alencon.
