The standard of accommodation here is wonderful. We had a large, comfortable bed on a mezzanine above a beautiful lounge and well equipped kitchen. The buildings are arranged around a wonderful courtyard area with chairs and tables and in one of the buildings is a separate games room and lounge. The host was extremely friendly and helpful and made a delicious breakfast.

“Excellent and quiet starting point for a Loire tour”
We were very impressed with our accommodation and also with the owner. The accommodation is ideally located for a Loire tour in Blois. It was very clean and tastefully furnished and reasonably sized for two people. There is also a seating on a small terrace in front of the room. You can park your car for free in a public parking lot about 150 meters from the property. Despite the proximity to the nearest country road, no vehicle noise could be heard. We enjoyed a truly excellent and filling breakfast. The owner speaks very good English. He helped us with sightseeing tips and, above all, with restaurant recommendations.

The hospitality was excellent. Our apartment had everything we required enabling us to enjoy a few relaxing days eating local French food in a lovely garden setting.

The place is superb, in the middle of a rural area, but next to Blois. Nicolau was super helpful and accommodated our needs. Surroundings and garden were superb.

“Charming bed and breakfast”
Charming and unique bed and breakfast hotel. Centrally located, but in a peaceful surrounding. The rooms are tastefully decorated. The ambience of the hotel is amazing -- the gardens are beautiful and the entire property is magical. The beds were very comfortable and our stay was exceptional. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Some of the homemade cakes and other items were excellent. Our hosts were welcoming, helpful, and attentive. Overall, an incredible experience.

Slightly off the beaten track but still very close to the motorway if you are travelling through or, if you are visiting the castles of the Loire, very central to the main sights. Nicolay is a very friendly and attentive host. Directions to the property and access were very clear. We are very happy we found the place

We really loved Le Clos Macé, the best place in France ever!! It's in a quiet countryside area, we stayed in "Le Boissier" apartment whose furniture is studied in detail; it's a dream to wake up here... what's more, Nicolaj is the perfect host, he is so warm and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, with homemade products (Cappuccino Top! :) ). We were so sad to leave...but we promise we will definitely come back!! Thanks Nicolaj to you and your wonderful family!

the host house is really beautiful, very new with nice forniture. the bedroom we chose was really big and well equipped. breakfast is good with fresh products and some handmade, really excellent. the hosts are an amazing couple, kind, available and always ready for any suggestion. Very nice Maisonette, arranged with love. Super clean and well equipped. Johanna and Nicolay welcomed us warmly, gave tips and even lend us bikes. The nearby town Bois is worth a visit and Château Chambord easy to reach. Thank you for the nice stay!
