“Gorgeous room, gorgeous house, gorgeous garden, gorgeous people- a wonderful stay! Merci beaucoup!”
The most delightful stay. A warm welcome, beautiful rooms- we had the fabulous joined family suite- perfect swimming pool to cool off after a long drive, a fabulous recommendation for a restaurant by the river.. and to finish, the most delicious breakfast the next morning. What a treat.

“Lovely relaxing place to stay”
What a lovely relaxing oasis, Jean Marie could not have been a better host. We had a lovely room outside with it's own private area. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of croissant and pain au chocolat. Eggs provided by the chickens and home made jams. Lovely pool that we had to ourselves most of the time and comfy room with an espresso machine. The local town has obviously seen more prosperous days but we found a lovely pizza place run by a couple that was great. The local country side is beautiful and we took the bike through the villages up to Royan.

“A hidden gem, with a beautiful interior and delicious food!”
After a long warm day on our bikes we found this hidden gem, a beautiful decorated place with very dedicated, enthusiastic owners. Cool dip in the pool and a delicious breakfast. Perfect.

An absolute gem 💎 each and every detail has been thought through and Jean-Marie and Jean-Louis are the prefect hosts, vegetables and fresh home made confiture every day for breakfast and much more. Highly recommend
