The premises had everything we needed, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Netflix, power showers, swimming pool, and a very friendly hostess. If you are looking for a relaxing and quiet holiday, then this is for you. The property was a 25 min walk from St. Emilion on a quiet country road surrounded by undulating fields of vineyards. You are in the centre of wine country. While reading a good book with a very enjoyable glass of wine from the hostess' collection, your backdrop is the sun setting over all the local vineyards.

“Fabulous place and location”

We stayed in the two bedroom villa. The location was great - a 25 or so minute walk into St Emilion on a (not very busy on a weekend in August) road. Our bedroom had a fantastic view of the vineyards. The villa was well equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable with a lovely patio and seating areas under the trees. The pool, surrounded by vineyards, was very welcome in the hot weather. Our host was very helpful, suggesting restaurants and wine tours which were the highlight of our stay. They make their own wine and we had a tasting and tour.

Beautiful chateau amongst the vines a short walk from St Emilion village . Lovely position with gorgeous views across the countryside. Evelyn the host kindly collected and returned myself and my partner to the station , a huge bonus for which we are very grateful . Lovely to receive some local wine on arrival too . Two fantastic bathrooms and big bedrooms too . A lovely pool with afternoon sun , always a bonus with lots of places to sit outside . Host was very good with recommendations for wine tasting and restaurants. About a 25 minute walk by road to St Emilion village down a quiet road , good to build up an appetite and to work off dinner though ! Evelyn was really accommodating regarding our travel and even took my partner to get fresh croissants one morning . Lovely !

The location was good, near to St Emillion but away from the town. The villa was huge with lounge, two bathrooms, full kitchen and outdoor areas.Evelyn the host was very friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend.

“A perfect chateau!”

This is a beautiful chateau. It’s very big and in a gorgeous setting. The chateau is clean and homely. The kitchen was well equipped and the two bathrooms were lovely. Shower gel and shampoo was provided. The owners were very friendly and hospitable and went over and above to be kind and generous. The pool was very nice and private. Would 100% recommend.

The staff were wonderful family of 3 who went over and beyond to help us when our car broke down. Really made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Bedrooms were gorgeous and the view from the rooms were wonderful. Quiet and tranquil location.
