A fantastic apartment with all of the facilities that you could wish for. The area is lovely and quiet and the outside space was much bigger than expected. Emanuelle is great host, who gave clear instructions and left some great recommendations for things to do.

The room is spacious and tidy, with tasteful furnishings. The kitchen is well-equipped with various facilities. Outside, there is a lawn terrace offering a distant view of the harbor and the iron bridge. It is perfect for a family vacation. BTW there is an incredibly cute and friendly shepherd dog in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend it to friends.

“An excellent apartment for visiting St. Brieuc.”
The apartment was larger than we expected and well equipped for our stay. The host, Emanuelle, met us on arrival and showed us around to explain the facilities. She was very helpful and charming, and gave excellent advice on the location, which is within easy walking distance of the City centre. We very much enjoyed our brief visit to St. Brieuc and would definitely book Jean Bart next time.

The apartment is to an exceptionally high standard and excellent value for money. A 15 minute walk to town with all facilities and an excellent choice of restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment.
