“Excellent stay”
The location is in beautiful quiet countryside but with very good access to the motorway. The room was calm and spacious and there was a kettle and cups in the room. The bathroom is immaculately clean. The continental breakfast included a variety of different breads, croissants and excellent home made jams. The hosts are charming, friendly and very helpful. The evening meal was excellent.

“Peaceful place yet a short distance from the A75”
Delicious varied food and friendly helpful and knowledgeable hosts. Well worth requesting dinner which you have to do in advance. Everyone eats together so you can meet the other guests and hosts. Sophie uses fresh local organic produce. Peaceful location with attractive view from downstairs room. Compost toilet worked very well. Two beautiful cats to admire. It was hard to avoid grounding our car on the entrance to the drive, but there was other parking nearby which felt safe to leave the car so it was not a problem.

“Nice apartment, disappointed with the restaurant.”
It was up a steep little road next to a castle up to a car park up at the top, apartment was lovely and large with a nice view with the height.

“C'est magnifique!”
The warmth of welcome here was wonderful! As a solo traveller, Sophie and Pierre made me feel thoroughly at home! For a €24 supplement, they made me a four course dinner with wine, and I dined with them and another lovely guest. It was a memorable experience, for all the right reasons. The facilities are comfortable and clean, and I'd have no hesitation in booking here again. Just excellent!

Sophie, our host was very welcoming and accommodating. The house is in a lovely setting and our room (the garden room) had wonderful views across the valley/countryside. Everything was clean and comfortable, good shower. It was our first experience using a 'dry' toilet. Breakfast was light but sufficient for us and tasty. Nice to have all local produce, tasty home made preserves and organic fruit from the garden. An added bonus as we were travelling through was that it was fairly close to the motorway. Would definitely stay again and happy to recommend to others.
