Stone Gite independent on our property pool / spa, /jaccuzzi Free 1st bedroom bed 140x190, 2nd bedroom mezzanine staircase safety barrier above the living room bed 140x190, plus sofa bed 140x200 in the same room (living room) the Gite can accommodate 6 pers ideal for 4 people for privacy Regulation I do not charge cleaning so please leave the Gite clean fridge coffee maker oven gas ect .... by respect remove ,the sheets of beds take out the dustbins next to the road ,or next to the church road of right Conne-de-Labarde if the regulation is not respected the guarantee will be applied you have at your disposal barbecue fryer table of garden in the carport thank you to clean these places before your departure to replace the broken objects, FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE in the lodging as well as in the jaccuzzi thank you for your comprehension and your respect . park CLOSTURÉ, 1 parking space, privative under video monitoring, IN FRONT OF THE GATE arrival 17h . 2 cots, changing table, modern fitted kitchen 20m2, shower room + separate WC sheets and towels are provided in the rental but not bath towels, barbecue, charcoal is not SUPPLIED. in the hiring not the sheets of baths, barbecue, the coal is not FOURNI (JACUZZI/ Spa) INCLUDED in the hiring ( FREE) in the country Gite of the garden, hours OPENING 17h to 23h. “Great spot and relaxed few days.”
Great position for access to Bergerac and surrounding area and vineyards and Chateau’s. Nice and peaceful with off road parking and hot tub and pool. Great facilities and powerful shower plus comfy bed. Plenty of kitchen equipment and large fridge freezer with filtered water dispenser. Loads of games etc if you have children. Corinne was great and lives next door.

“Would love to return !”
So pleased to have found this unexpected gem of a place near Bergerac. Lovely location and great facilities with a comfortable quirky feel. Beautiful garden with outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Gorgeous weather. Shops and facilities within a short drive. We spent a very relaxing week here and were sad to move on. Corrine and her husband were kind & very welcoming.
