A beautiful stay on a Thai farm on the river. Beautiful cabins, lovely grounds, restaurant was beautiful with lively views. Very close to Hellfire Pass. Staff we extremely friendly and helpful. Their English was minimal but with the help of the translator app we managed just fine. Our bed and pillows were the most comfortable of all the places we had stayed in Thailand.

Stayed in a tent facing the river. Very nice view and beautiful territory. Very good breakfast which is varied day to day. Board games, badminton, bicycles available.

We found BaanRai KhunYa to be an excellent stay located in a lovely location with stunning views over the River Kwai. Access was easy fron Nam Tok train station with plenty of songthaews and taxi providers waiting for you when getting off the train. You can organise with the songthaew drivers or taxi drivers to pick you up the following day for trips etc too which made things much easier. Food was of a good standard and the facilities worked as expected. A lovely rest stop to schedule in the middle of a busy travel itinerary!

The outlook from the cottage, the terrace eating area, the staff and the breakfast. The transport provided free of charge up the hill to Hellfire Pass and the taxis service to Nam Tok railway station. The pontoons were nice, but we only spent a short time there. It was good to have Netflix for relaxing after a busy day. It was kind of the Staff to bring us a pot of tea,biscuits, water melon and pineapple as a refreshing snack after our visit to Hellfire Pass. Again all the Staff are excellent. However, of special note is the young lady managing the office and just about everything else. I apologise for not remembering names. The cottage was kept perfectly and made up everyday. Highly recommended for a country feel and close to Hellfire Pass.

I had an excellent stay at this lovely property. The room was comfortable, very clean, and gave a true feeling of home. I would be happy to return and highly recommend it. Have a bicycle to visit the temples and the historic bridge is a great experience, and the natural surroundings are beautiful.thank you 🙏🥰🦍

We loved the view of the river. It was a lovely spot to chill and relax. The best bit was being able to bring our dog! This is so rare in Thailand 🇹🇭. We would definitely love ❤️ to return.

This hotel is perfect if you want to enjoy nature. Cool misty mornings, can sit down by the river and enjoy the tranquility. Breakfast buffet is basic and good. Can order other meals to be brought to your room. Good and reasonably priced.

Super peaceful/tranquil in a gorgeous setting. Didn't feel overlooked by any other rooms. There was a lovely big Veranda with plenty of room to layout a yoga mat and a great space for doing some work outside and in.
