i like the hospitality and the food. the spa was nice and relaxing for me and my spouse, felt good having a childfree spa and relax. kinda need the time to recuperate. the spa area was decently temperature, not insanely high or too low, was the perfect around 20-23 celcius

Noisy ventilation systems too close to the "quiet beach side room". Too many messages and emails - annoying even if it wasn't only in Danish.

“Just a great place to stay. No complaints at all”
Just a very nicely run Hotel with great facilities and friendly helpful staff. The restaurant was fantastic for dinner and the breakfasts excellent. I didn't use the spa but this looked wonderful.

I thought the spa would have been either included in the price of stay or offered at a discount . When booking the hotel you would presume it is all included ... and we only got an email the day before arrival to say it was extra ... ?? Not good customer relations

“Perfect stay - can be recommended”
Very good breakfast Didn't go to the spa because of two reasons - limited time so we preferred the sea instead and because entrance to Spa isn't included in the room rate anymore (Surprised !) :-( High standard of room :-)
