Above all we enjoyed the friendliness of the owners and their willingness to help. Also it’s a great location; ski in ski out is from just over the road and involves taking skis off to cross a road on way there and on way back you need to get button lift up (closes at 4:45) which we enjoyed. The fondues you could join on Fri/Sat were great too.

I loved the friendly, personalised service from one of the owners and all of the staff. Special mention to XXX for his extra special service level ferrying us to & from the hotel in the e-taxi. I loved that it was secluded, immersed in nature. I loved the big room size and balcony overlooking the pistes and mountains. The female owner offered us to keep the room for as long as we needed it as it was not booked that day (unique proposition).

“Feeling like home while skiing Saas-Fee”

Everything in our stay was great. The hotel is run by a lovely family and friendly staff. The location cannot be better: 30 meters just in front of the T-bar slopes with easy access to the whole ski complex. Breakfast is really good and our room was really cozy and clean, with a stunning view of the mountains.

What an awesome stay, the owner (Stefan) is on site and working behind the desk all the time and always willing to answer any questions. Dinner service was exceptional and true at home hospitality , we always got offered 2nds .

Spectacular view from the room, you can just walk out from hotel and start enjoying the snow and ski! Great service from hotel host, free pickup and great hospitality.

The cheese fondue that we had had on the evening of our arrival was really nice and very complete ( including salad an a very good ham plate). The atmosphere was very friendly and we got all the explanations we needed for the skiing and the rest. The hotel is nicely located near the slopes

The breakfast was very varied and plentiful. The room was super clean and warm, the bathroom was very functional but the best thing about the hotel was the staff. They even gave me a free lift to the parking lot when I was leaving. Very nice, friendly and professional crew!

An excellent hotel in a beautiful location next to the piste. Owners and staff extremely helpful and very friendly. A good breakfast is always available and there is also an evening meal which is very reasonably priced.
