I had a wonderful stay at Kuukkeli Log Houses Teerenpesä. The room was fantastic — very cosy, clean, and perfect for a relaxing stay in Lapland. The location is great, with the ski resort just a few minutes’ drive away and several restaurants nearby, making everything very convenient. The only small inconvenience was the check-in process, as we had to go to the nearby mall to collect the keys, which felt a bit inconvenient after arrival. Apart from that, everything else was excellent and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location! The hotel is near to restaurants, pubs and K-market. And it is also near to Urho Kekkonen National Park, an excellent place to see auroras (low light polution and Auroras huts open 24h).

“Cozy and comfortable double ensuite room”

The log houses are so cozy and comfortable, spacious, clean and warm as well :) There's a fridge and kettle with some tea and coffee. We stayed in an ensuite room , and we were so happy with it. It was also quiet, we didn't hear any noise from other guests. We were also able to use the sauna, which is very good and well maintained. The slots are booked for each room, you can't choose, but the slots vary each day, so if you can't make it in one day maybe you can on the following one. The houses are very well located, within minutes to the supermarket (which is big and has a lot of things) and to all the restaurants, 20min easy and pretty walk to the down hill ski resort. There is also the ski bus that takes you to the ski resort, but don't know how often it is, we just walked. The breakfast was a buffet in a restaurant in the shopping centre, a couple of minutes walking from the house. It was good and diverse, with options for all the diets :) Transports are also very easy , with the bus stops very close. The closest to us was the Holiday Club bus stop (less than 5min walk) . We were very happy with this accommodation and truly recommend it !

Very clean and cozy accommodation, very warm. Well located, you have access to all restaurants and meeting points with tourism companies very easily. We loved our experience in the private sauna with hydromassage. 9/10 🌟🌟🌟🌟
