As a family of 5 we asked for 2 rooms close to each other. The receptionist gave us instead 2 rooms far away from each other. One of them in another part of the hallway. We complained about it, but she claimed all the rooms were already taken. While communicating with us she was impolite and confrontational instead of being helpful. Only after convincing her that as a family of 5 with children we need to move between 2 rooms and need them closer to each other for logistic reasons, she gave us another room. Apparently the room was not taken! It was a progress, but soon it occured that the first room was not ready. The bedding was missing! We had to contact the reception again…At this point we were really fed up of the hotel. We were made to feel there like intruders. It was very unprofessional.
