It's located in the middle of nature so you get woken up by birds singing. Supermarket and bus are nearby and reach the entire city. We had two separate rooms and beds to sleep in which were quite big. We didn't use many of the facilities as we were here for Revision which lasted 12-14 hours each day. Replacement towels were available whenever we needed them. WiFi was available.
