Our stay at this hotel was truly delightful, exceeding our expectations in every way: • Professional and courteous staff: The receptionist was exceptionally well-mannered and professional, making us feel warmly welcomed. • Pleasant atmosphere: The overall ambiance of the hotel was very nice and relaxing. • Immaculate room: The room was spotless and felt almost brand new. Everything was in excellent condition. • Pristine shower: The shower was exceptionally clean, giving the impression that we were the first to use it. • Tidy towels: The towels were perfectly clean and pure white, adding to the sense of hygiene and comfort. • Convenient facilities: Each floor had a public area with clean cutlery, dishes, and a small fridge, which were incredibly handy during our stay. • Quiet location: The hotel was in a peaceful area, which we appreciated. Although we traveled by car and didn’t check for public transport, the quiet setting was perfect for a relaxing stay. This hotel provided an exceptional experience, and we were thoroughly impressed with its cleanliness, amenities, and professional service. Highly recommended!

Also we did not arrive at the time of checkin, which was not really mentioned when we booked, the checkin with a Keybox was quite easy.

For the money I would expect better breakfast - basically everything was cold except boiled eggs (no scrumbled eggs unfortunately) and sausages. There was not enough sausages for all the people coming for breakfast and nobody added more.

We had impression we were at friend's place. The personnel was so kind and assisting.

Young, hospitality and kind stuff. Good choice of music in the bar. Clean, quiet and peaceful place.

The staff were amazing. They were so helpful and helped me to catch my train by driving me to the station because there was no public transport available on that particular morning. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Located in a very quiet and cosy building outside Saalfeld. Very close to the city and very easy access by car to the Feengrotten. Ideal for a couple of relaxing days.
