“Large, comfortable, perfect for a windsurfing holiday in South Mallorca.”

I went to a week in February for a windsurfing trip. It was an excellent hotel. Very large, comfortable, very clean. For anyone complaining about the location, please research Sa Rapita and S'Estanol and you will have no surprises. For me it was absolutely brilliant. I will definitely be back. “Good and calm place to stay and explore Mallorca”

Located in quiet and small village Sa Rapita. It's very close to the rocky coast with a fresh breeze. The room is spacious and been cleaned every day. The breakfast for 10 euros is quite big and freshly cooked. Couple of supermarkets like Spar and Bip Bip are quite close. Also there is a plenty restaurants nearby. The beach is within 15 minutes of walk. Enough space to park the car near the Hostal. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. If you leave early you leave the key on reception table.

Good and quiet location. Comfortable rooms, ample balcony with a nice sea view. The rooms and the rest of the hotel are kept extremely clean. Excellent breakfast at a very reasonable extra cost. The owner is nice and helpful.

There is a lot of free space around the hostel for the parking and it is very clean and tidy.

Peaceful side street 100m from the sea front. Quiet area but with some lovely restaurants, a couple of convenience stores and a pharmacy. Free parking in perpendicular street to hotel. Recently renovated en suite rooms with little balcony. Very yummy, copious breakfast

“A very enjoyable stay!”

We arrived very late, just before 2 a.m., and there was no one at the reception – but all we had to do was call the hotel number, and the lovely, kind-hearted owner came to give us the keys. From the very beginning, we were pleasantly surprised because instead of one room, we received a whole apartment, which was such a thoughtful gesture. In the morning, when we went to check in, the owner wasn’t particularly friendly and didn’t speak English, but honestly, I understand – he is very busy and has a lot on his plate, so it’s natural that sometimes he may seem a bit rushed. The location is absolutely amazing – just a 10-minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach, with shops and restaurants nearby. I especially recommend the restaurant Forn Sant Rapita, which is also a bakery – we went there every single day! At night, it was a bit noisy, but still manageable and we could sleep well. The mattresses were first-class – very comfortable. We did find one big cockroach and a few small ones, but it wasn’t a major problem since cockroaches are quite common in Spain. Breakfast at the owner’s place cost €30 for three people – delicious, especially the fruit and tomatoes. Towels were replaced after two days. Overall, for a short holiday stay, I truly recommend this place. The price is fair for what you get – and in our case, we even received more than expected, which I am very grateful for. The lady owner is an absolute sweetheart. Oh, and the air conditioning in the apartment worked perfectly. In the beginning, we had a small issue with payment – the owner asked for it directly, but after a quick call to Booking, who contacted the owner’s wife, it was all resolved in 15 minutes. A very enjoyable stay!

“Perfect little hotel in a cute seaside town”

One nights stay after arriving into Palma late. Our flight was also delayed, but the hotel was great and amenable and we checked in past midnight. Room was basic but very comfortable and nice newly refurbished bathroom. Very comfortable night and a lovely breakfast the next day.
