My friend and I had the pleasure of staying at the newly opened MIM Mallorca, Member of Meliá Collection, and our experience was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is impeccably clean and beautifully designed in a raw yet cosy Mediterranean style. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast was generous, with a rich variety of dishes, the pool was spotless, and the sea view was simply stunning. The location is excellent too. We sincerely recommend MIM Mallorca to anyone looking for a memorable stay in a stylish hotel with outstanding service. We'll definitely be back!

This place was everything we wanted. Pool was so peaceful compared to the craziness of some of the other spots we would pass when walking along the beach. Staff phenomenal. Property an over 1hr bus ride from Palma airport but we didn’t mind as the bus from the airport was so handy. Really really recommend staying here. Couple really nice food joints nearby and the rooftop restaurant in the hotel was gorgeous.

Overall stay was fantastic! Staff at front desk really should be educated on how to best facilitate tourists with things to do or rather be able to organise tours through hotel. As a tourist coming from Australia would have been nice to learn more about whereto go and what to see. This is the first time I've travelled to a destination and not have hotel staff sell the areas if interest? Rooms should also supple face towels and tissues.

Quiet area away from touristic hustle and bustle. Very beautiful location. Lots of restaurants, cafes, bars and gelato in surrounds.

A very clean and beautiful hotel on the seafront. Very friendly staff, very good food, both the lower and upper pools are perfect for relaxation.

Location between the two swimming beaches is excellent. Pool water cleanliness and chlorine balance excellent. Plentiful breakfast, service staff excellent, kept the table clear of used plates etc, daily room service was excellent. I will not hesitate to stay there again. Good value for money.

My girlfriend was robbed inside our hotel room during our one-night stay from July 20 to 21. Around €250 was taken from her wallet, which was inside her bag. There were no signs of forced entry, so it’s likely someone with a key card entered the room. She called the hotel as soon as she noticed, and the staff said the manager would contact her — but that didn’t happen. She called again the next day and spoke to the manager, who only said they would look into it. There was no follow-up, no explanation, and no real concern. The only thing the manager said was that the hotel is not responsible for the missing money. We’re extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability and communication. ⚠️ Please be cautious when booking this hotel.

The hotel itself was lovely. When we arrived we were given a room upgrade and there was chocolate strawberries and wine waiting for us in our room. The spa was also lovely. Breakfast every morning was so lovely and fresh and great options to choose from. The staff were so helpful.

Lovely staff that were so friendly and helpful and always had a welcoming smile on their face each day. The cleaning staff was the best we have seen...the place was so hygienic and spotless and our room was cleaned to the highest standards...hard working staff who were always working hard...the cafeteria was lovely as well with good choice of food and friendly staff.

The Pool closes at 19.00 o’Clock. That was weird.
