We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. This was our honeymoon trip, and we truly enjoyed every moment. The special card and complimentary drinks prepared for us were such a thoughtful and lovely gesture that made us feel very welcome. Our room had a beautiful view and was always clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the table tennis tables by the pool and the water activities with Mr. Christian, which made our days even more fun. The evening entertainment programs were also enjoyable. Overall, everything was excellent, and we created unforgettable memories during our stay. Thank you for your warm hospitality and for making our honeymoon even more special. We would love to return in the future.

“A wonderful holiday”

The staff are great, the whole hotel is spotless, our room was very comfortable. The pool area is lovely, the entertainment was very good. The breakfasts were very varied with delicious fresh produce. All in all we liked everything.

Huge hotel 700 + rooms however the quality across the hotel is very good..large swimming pool with lots of sunbeds everything is kept clean and organised

“Fantastic hotel in a great location”

Absolutely fabulous hotel! Just by the sea, you could not have a better location. Very clean and nicely decorated. It offered so many different facilities like sauna, pool, games, gym, shows, etc Our room was facing the seaside and it was amazing to sit there in the morning watching the sunrise and people just passing on the promenade. Despite it being a really big hotel it was so quiet. We had wonderful sleep every single night. comfy beds, no noise. Perfect. Breakfast was delicious and so many options were available. I have to give a special shoutout to a lady on the "omelette" counter, Maria Carmen I believe was her name. She was so efficient and fast! Her omelettes were so tasty and always served with a smile. Being it an adult only hotel also was a bonus as no screaming kids running around and all the guests were really respectful and well behaved. Hotel grounds were very pretty and staff always made sure it was spotlessly clean. Lots of streets around with free parking but in high season it might be a bit harder to find a spot.

Lovely hotel, beautiful pool, friendly staff, and a wide range of great food in the restaurant. Also has a spa, indoor pool and gym, and the beach is only a few metres away. There was evening entertainment in the bar too. Public buses stop right outside the front, so it was easy to explore the old towns and markets of Mallorca. We would certainly stay here again.

“Delightful stay to come back to”

The hotel is situated beach front with a very nice beach, clear waters and soft sand, and has a large windshielded pool area with many sunbathing chairs so options are more than enough. Everything is clean and well maintained. My room was much nicer than expected, quite big with lots of space in the cupboard and in general as well, big modern bathroom, comfortable bed and linens with several pillow options, AC was quiet and efficient, wonderful private hence quiet terrace with sea view and a small patio (ground floor), I felt very spoiled. Breakfast and dinner is really good! Many many options to choose from, large selection of salad bar, huge bread selections, vegetables cooked and raw, cheese, jams, fish, meat, vegetarian and vegan options, fresh fruits, multitudes of desserts, juices, etc etc. They have some specials every night (like sushi or mexican or middle eastern, italian,…) and it’s not like other places where you can see that at a certain time, they don’t fill up the empties again, I went on several times and there was always plenty and everything was fresh. There is an indoor gym in the basement (no windows) but there are also several running/walking paths along the beach. Supermarkets (Spar) are right next to the hotel, as is the bus station to go places. The spa is also very nice, two clean and well maintained saunas, Turkish bath and heated indoor pool with a lounge area and massage area as well. Staff were all very friendly and forthcoming. I would absolutely come herr again.

There were some positives to our stay: the hotel facilities were clean, the food was okay, and the waitresses were great. The activities are geared more toward older people, but thankfully it stays quiet without loud music by the pool. However, even the good parts had issues. We noticed dirty plates and glasses during meals, and there is a daily fight for pool sunbeds. Despite warnings that reserving beds isn't allowed, staff never remove towels like they claim, so you have to go down early to secure a spot.

Super relaxing atmosphere despite the hotel's size! We highly appreciated the room close to the lifts for my 90-year-old grandmother—it made our stay so much more comfortable. Friendly staff, perfectly clean rooms, and really tasty, diverse food. Highly recommend!
