“Good for a big group stay, but the general condition of the outdoor facilities was poor.”
Property was spacious with lots of bedrooms. The internal environment was nice.

The location to Rye back beach was great. Nice quiet area of Rye with plenty of space to move around outdoors. Plenty of bedrooms for a large family or families to use.
