“Has everything but could do with a few improvements”

The pool was a big hit! It was clean and the kids loved all the pool toys. Two separate lounge areas was great so the older guests could watch the boring news while kids had a movie playing. Didn't get to utilise the outdoor facilities, but it all looked great and well kept. The renovated bathroom and ensuite are great. Nice deep bath. We left behind my sons baby bear and staff messaged. Very kind of them to let me know. Trying to collect from them soon

“This should be more professional with everything when you rent your house for a holiday for a family”

Nothing because the fridge wasn’t work properly I didn’t send anyone to check up. The food went to the rubbish because the temperature of the fridge the air condition of the kids wasn’t working. They keep saying will you send some more? They didn’t send anyone. and the keeping sending message by 1030 that the voice volume is too loud and we need to be quiet and there is no voice in the house. They all kids playing inside not outside. I don’t know why were they complaining?

House could have been cleaned properly prior to our arrival. eg: dirty socks in cupboard and condom in another and lolly wrappers under a bed! Maintenance could have been checked prior to our arrival so we didn't have to call for repair to the bunk bed. Step broken with exposed nail. Heater unsecure on wall and fell off. Steps to tennis court flimsy and unsecured

Great place for families. So many activities to enjoy together. Very comfortable and room to spread out. Downstairs room great for our young teenagers

Plenty of space and activities for the whole family. Especially liked the tennis court, table tennis, swimming pool, pool table and trampoline. The renovated parts of the home were nice and neat. The communication with Ready Set Stay was great, they were quick answer any questions and very fiendly. Overall it was a good place with plenty to keep the kids happy.

Few broken things including microwave and furniture, some rubbish including a dirty nappy left on a bedroom floor.

There were multiple activities to do to entertain the children without the need to resort to any outdoor additional activities. The large space was amazing.
