The accommodation was cozy and very comfortable. It was a quick drive to the hot springs. The hosts made our stay very comfortable by providing fresh fruit, chocolates and a cold bottle of bubbles

“Delightful, quiet, private and peaceful”
The property was tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The owners were delightfully helpful and friendly. There was fruit and crumpets for breakky, and a surprise in the refrigerator even. The cabin was private, quiet, and beautifully lit - inside and out (fairy lights and quirky sculptures). And finally, it was nestled under a magnificent casuarina tree. Very special all around!!

Hamptons in Rye is situated between the ocean and bay beaches of the Mornington Peninsula in a peaceful residential area. The Blue Cottage is beautifully designed and immaculate, with elegant furnishings that reminded us of a New England beach house. The owners, Suzie and Felix, seemed to have thought of everything to make sure that we had a superb stay, providing some milk, fruit, muffins and even a bottle of sparkling wine to welcome us. Quite simply, the Blue Cottage is outstanding and we would recommend it to anyone.
