“disastrous! didn’t stay long!! left 1 he after arriving.”
messed up the booking by putting us into the entirely wrong room in a different location - only to be told to move after we had almost unpacked etc - I then decided. it to stay there any longer and expected a full refund as no accommodation was taken up - this was a short term booking so unlikely to have resold it in that time - it yet the establishment or you booking refuse to refund - last time I use this app.

I, not knowing that there was a second email that stated the room number, got to the premises thinking there would be someone at an office. I didn't get good service on my phone to check emails. There was another couple who had gone through this right before I got there and also didn't know about the second email with the room number in it. If not for them, I would have not known any of this. My partner has no patience and he was a little mad at me for not knowing the information. No staff to ask on-premises. Called the number after finding service and didn't get a call back until a little later. Also had to drive where I could get service and check my email for the room number. Made the beginning unpleasant but the stay was great.
