“please consider applying new policies to ensure guests aren’t travelling hours to show up at a cancelled room”
If I could give a 0 i would . Employees are helpless and look miserable. Would never consider hiring somebody who looks like that & acts the way she does. Cancelled my reservation without notice . Drove 3 hours just for them to not have any rooms available and claimed they have been overbooked all day. Why wait til 10pm to notify someone with a reservation? Claims she COULD refund but wasn’t even sure if she charged my card? couldn’t provide a receipt. THEN they tried to charge my card at 12am in their nightly audit, I thought my room was cancelled?

What you guys presented was not a breakfast and the room was horrible checked in7-21-24 for check out to be 7-24-24 we checked out on te 7-22-24 before check out this place is nasty however the staff was very polite and helpful but I will never ever stay here again
