“Well... Glad that's over with”
The staff acknowledged mum's 86th Birthday. All I know is, if it wasn't for the staff, and I mean most of the staff that we interacted with, Bahia hotel would not survive as the staff are exceptional 10/10 for customer service.

Very nice hotel,with friendly and accommodating staff. The food choices were excellent as well as the drinks This is my 3rd there and I enjoyed it......I'll definitely recommend this hotel as my top 3

“Definitely value for money, I will be revisiting.”
The breakfast buffet was good and the food in general the hotel overall is very beautiful. The waterpark is just superb, my 4 year old really enjoyed that.

“Unfortunately, I doubt if we will ever return to Bahia Principe.”
After having breakfast at NYAM we discovered The Round Island Food Market. This left a very good impression and I am sorry we didn't eat breakfast there. We went in for coffee and pastries and the staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The Round Island restaurant is beautifully laid out, clean and we were given a very relaxing and airy window table and I had a fabulous view of the horizon. The short-lived experience in this restaurant is what I will keep etched in my memory.

The hotel is in a good location and if you have a car, free parking is available. The entrance and external aspects of the property looks great we booked a sea view room and had views across the pool and out to the sea.

“Highly recommend this hotel!”
When I read customers’ reviews of the hotel I expected less but in the end I so like this hotel! I am very experienced traveler but this hotel was the best in my experience! I like all: foods, pools, beaches, room, etc. They also offer you 1 hour per day of different aquatic sports for free and 2-hour snorkeling equipment for free (just leave the deposit). So many events at night, entertainment is perfect!
