“Comfortable traditional room handy for the start of our Rhine trip”
Excellent location on the riverside opposite the main pier, short and pleasant walk (past automata museum, castle and vineyards) from the station. Spacious room, looking over a quiet side street, furnished with carefully chosen traditional furniture, very cosy when curtains drawn, comfortable bed. Loads of places nearby to eat in the evening.

“Make sure it is OPEN and that you will actually be accommodated there and not across town.”
The actual Pension Post Hotel, which we booked, was lovely. Excellent location, and a nice traditional pension right next to Drosselgasse. After the initial booking stuff around, the staff opened the hotel just for us and were very accommodating despite the hotel being in fact closed for winter.

“Extremely disappointed. Spoilt my visit with friends to the Wine Fest!”
The view of the Rhine from my window was beautiful, spoilt by the road/rail works that was disruptive but that could not be put down to the hotel.

“Good f”
Very good value for money.. very clean, shower fab, fridge and fan provided. Didn't need heating , but only heater provided. I found beds very uncomfortable, but that may just be personal...very easy to find from train station, but had to go few.metres down to partner hotel to get.key. man on reception was rude and unfriendly..I'd asked for quiet room and was put above noisy restaurant with music until midnight. No tea snd coffee making facilities.

“Excellent location”
The hotel was clean . But you had to check in and collect the keys from down the road. Then to get in to the hotel was through a scruffy back yard and door way . The rooms were clean and location excellent.

“Good enough for one night”
Loved the location, though it’s situated right above a bar with live music and the room has no integrated ventilation system. The mattress was super comfy, water pressure was a dream.

“Do not Book this Hotel”
We travel during the 38c to 40c ,and of course I asked if the hotel can provide any fan as the room is like in an oven,guess what NOBODY is interested to answer your question after you check in,No possible you can sleep at this location when 2am weekday you still have someone talking so loudly on the street, never in my life for a hotel stay can be so low standards in terms of service provided. We check out 8.30am and asked the Reception if they are not interested to service your customers, please don't offer the stay

Perfect location and building beautiful from the outside. The staff at the other hotel where we had to pick up the keys were helpful and friendly. Rüdesheim was really beautiful.

“One of the worst hotels ...”
No staff at the hotell when we were to check in. We had to call nu.ber to find out that we should check in at the Pension Post Hotel at another hotel. However, the person responsible for the check in at Pension Post esd not available when we arrived. No parking at the hotel, no free wifi, and a lot of dirty bed linen in the corridors. We feel cheaed.
