The Hôtel Princesse Flore is a luxury hotel located in Royat in the Auverge region, 3 km from Clermont Ferrand. It offers comfortable, personalised guest rooms and free WiFi. The hotel was entirely refurbished in 2008 and keeps its 19th-century atmosphere. Rooms and suites are elegant, modern and fully equipped with air conditioning, a TV and en suite facilities. The on-site Royatonic Spa Centre has a sauna and offers massages. Guests can enjoy fine dining at La Flèche d'Argent. The other restaurant, Le Panoramique, is open during summer season and features views of Clermont Ferrand. The Hôtel Princesse Flore is close to the casino, modern art museum and many other cultural sites.

“Excellent and would happily return”
Room was lovely with double doors so you don’t hear folks in the hall or in the bath Climate control worked well. Bed was firm but comfortable. Linens were good and there were adequate pillows

“High class establishment that won't disappoint.”
Spacious room with balcony was fantastic. Attentive staff and excellent service. Gastronomical restaurant was great value. Highly recommended. Access to the thermal baths was a plus. Rooftop bar also excellent.

“Pleasant, but...”
The hotel is pleasant and beautiful. The room, although not large, offers a reasonable amount of space, including a desk, chair, and armchair. The bathroom is well-designed, with the shower and toilet in separate areas. The lobby and bar are elegant and tastefully decorated. Some staff members, particularly those at the bar and the night reception, are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Third visit to this hotel, a convenient half way point on the way south. Excellent dinner and sommelier wine choice excellent. Not a cheap meal but nevertheless good value

One child aged between 16 and 17 years old inclusive is charged EUR 100 per night in an additionnal bed, adults are not allowed to stay in an additional bed (maximum adult occupancy: 2 adults per Suite). Finally, 2 access to the Royatonic Spa per night per Suite are offered, additional accesses are still puchasables with a EUR 20 additional fee. Swiming shorts are not allowed in the Spa, only swiming suits.

Located on a high floor with a view of the town, this suite features a bar, private terrace, a seating area, separate bedroom, 2 flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi access and a safety deposit box. The en suite bathroom includes a spa bath, multi-jet shower, double sink, bathrobe and slippers, towel dryer and a hairdryer. Guests in these rooms have 2 free access passes to the Royatonic Spa & Wellness Centre.
