A lovely welcome from the owner, lots of local information given over a beautiful glass of wine! Loved the hot tub and used the sauna on a stormy day! Comfortable beds and plenty towels provided! Also given beach towels and a bike to borrow! Well equipped kitchen great for breakfast and prepared light lunches to enjoy on the spacious terrace! Rovinj is a beautiful town with some fantastic seafood restaurants!

This beautiful apartment is only 10 minutes walk from old town center. Very modernly furnished and spacious with huge balcony boasting private jacuzzi. Includes private sauna inside an apartment, a private parking place and an elevator inside the building. Amazing stay, highly recommended!

The location is fantastic. The apartment is amazing with everything provided. Iva, the very charming lady and owner showed us around the apartment and gave us excellent tips about restaurants and locations to visit. Our highlight was watching the sunset from the hot tub.on the terrace.

The apartment is located in Rovinj, offering a stunning view of the town from its terrace, which is nestled among the treetops and beautifully sunlit, especially during your morning coffee. We were pleasantly surprised to find the jacuzzi already heated and ready, despite the cool 20°C weather outside. The apartment also features a sauna, a great addition for unwinding before bed. The cleanliness is impeccable, and everything you need is provided, except for a washing machine (or we simply couldn’t find it). Additionally, a parking spot is secured with the reservation, which is very convenient. The location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk to the sea and about 20 minutes to the center of the old town. The area is incredibly peaceful, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. Iva is a fantastic host, and we highly recommend this apartment.

“Incredible views and beautiful apartment”
Excellent location with incredible views and beautiful decor. We loved the sauna and hot tub. Such a great apartment to chill in and to use as a base for seeing Rovinj. Iva is a great host and we honestly couldn’t have wished for more. Sad to leave and will definitely be back.

“Great view and apartment”
Amazing view, great apartment, quiet but still close to the centre. Sauna and whirlpool in the apartment for private use are a plus. We had a great stay and can definately recommend the accomodation. We even got bikes for a bike tour along the sea. :) Several restaurants were open during off season (March in our case) and wine tasting is possible on request close to Rovinj.

The apartment is located in a quiet peaceful part. The beach and historic center are a few minutes ’walk away. It is well designed, modern with complete equipment. Very clean. Terrace with a pleasant view and with a jacuzzi are perfect in the morning, during the day and in the evening. Iva is an excellent host. We will definitely be back. Thanks for everything.
