“Nice modern apartment in ideal location”

Property is located in a quiet area just south of Rovinj, ideal for enjoying walks along quieter areas of the pine coast but close enough to stroll into the main tourist area. There’s also a small supermarket close by. Property was spotlessly clean and always smelt fresh. Decor is modern and comfortable. Air con works well. Host was very helpful.

We had an incredible time at this apartment. The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the living area was a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring. The location was ideal—close enough to easily walk to local attractions, fantastic cafes, and shops, yet tucked away enough to offer a quiet, peaceful night's sleep. The host was incredibly welcoming, highly responsive, and provided amazing local recommendations that made our trip even better. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We would absolutely love to stay here again and cannot recommend it enough!

The whole property looks taken care of and stands out from the rest of the neighbourhood. Our host was amazing, insightful and always ready to answer all of our questions, a huge plus is a warm welcome he gave us with a lot of suggestions for places to visit and the best ways to do it.

We spent 4 days in this apartment with our family and had a great time. We really liked both Rovinj and the apartment. It is nicely decorated, clean, and has everything you need. We also had a coffee machine in the room, which was a nice touch. 😁 The owner is very friendly and gave us all the information we needed. We would happily come back again. ☺️

Exceptional Stay in Rovinj - Everything You Could Hope For! My wife, two little kids (4 and 7) and I just returned from an absolutely wonderful 6-night stay at Deluxe Apartments A&A (October 12-18), and I cannot recommend this place highly enough! The Host - Edin is Outstanding From the moment we arrived, Edin made us feel like friends rather than guests. He welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of delicious Istrian wine and took the time to thoroughly introduce us to Rovinj, providing insider recommendations for restaurants and attractions that only locals would know. His communication was excellent - he responded quickly to any questions via WhatsApp and even fulfilled a last-minute request for an extra towels immediately. The personal touch of his, offering us a ride to the airport on the last day of our stay, was a lovely bonus! The Apartment - Immaculately Clean and Thoughtfully Equipped: The apartment exceeded all our expectations. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished with modern, high-quality amenities. The kitchen was a dream - finally, an apartment where the cookware is actually in excellent condition! We had everything we needed: sharp knives, a large fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, and all necessary cooking equipment. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and thoughtful touches like proper bathroom ventilation, good lighting throughout, and comfortable beds with quality linens made all the difference. The terrace overlooking the neighbourhood was perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The Location - Perfectly Positioned: The location struck the ideal balance - quiet and peaceful, yet incredibly convenient. Cuvi Beach was just a 10-minute walk away, and we could reach Rovinj's enchanting Old Town in about 20-25 minutes via the seaside promenade, the supermarket 5 minutes walking and the beach bar Tamaris 10 minutes, where I was swimming every day. Fantastic, very calm, and away from the crowds.

The apartment was very clean and modern. Towels, curtlery, dish washer etc. were available and in a very good condition. But what made us enjoy most was the outstanding host Edin. He gave us a very helpful introduction to the region with good restaurants and places to visit. He also introduced us to the closest way to the beach (only 10 minutes).

The host is the best - a kind and helpful person who genuinely cares about his guests. His service is top-notch and unbeatable. Apt is not big, but the layout is so clever that my husband and I felt very comfortable and at home during our stay - the attention to detail makes everything work.

The apartment was really nice with all the facilities available at 15 minutes walking from the city centre. The host was amazing and gave us all the info and support needed !

Spacious apartment , very clean and well equipped. 10 minute walk to the nearest beach, and 20 minute walk to the town centre/ marina. Parking provided if needed. Edin was a great host- super helpful and knowledgeable. Very quick to respond to any queries and help with planning trips, recommending restaurants, bike hire etc.

“Perfect accomodation in Rovinj”

Simply everything. I found the kind ouf setup like I would have in my own home. There was every need considered and therefore provided for. Full cutlery and plates, pots, pans, coffee machine with pods, kettle, toaster, full selection of teas, huge fridge with freezer, brush-pan and even mop with built in spray. The room was decorated so tastefully, I can probably get some inspiration for my future projects. Small balcony with drying rack served its purpose. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer but we dried our clothes in our own balcony. In the garden there is a little playground for kids and bbq area. The property is 5 mins walking distance to the nearest beach and 15 mins to old town which we walked to and back every day. Edin suggested us all possibilities and marked everythinh on the map. Made reservation for us for the restaurant we chose. I cannot believe how we got so luck with our booking. He even said goodbye to us not forgetting my special occasion with the most considerate gift. Thank you so very much.

My wife and I travel the world full-time, therefore, because our "home" is in apartments throughout the world, we choose our lodging very carefully. We often see apartments and hotels receive ratings from guests that are far too high. Before we booked this property, we saw that the ratings were consistently very high. Based on our experience, we were suspicious but decided to book the room anyway. To our delight, the consistent high ratings were justified!! The owner and host, Edin, was a very warm and gracious host. And Edin's mother, was just as sweet and helpful. Both Edin and his mother were the consummate and lovely hosts! The apartment itself is in the perfect location - in a very quiet residential area. The apartment building is fairly new and when they built it it was clearly built to high standards. We never heard anyone in the other apartments. We slept very well! Easy walk to Rovinj Old Town and the beaches. Our apartment was a studio and it was VERY clean with a nice kitchen. The studio was large and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one would need. We cooked our breakfasts and many of our dinners in the kitchen. Edin gave us a bottle of very nice Istrian wine when we checked in which was delicious! Bottom line: The apartment is in an ideal location, is quiet, and Edin is the PERFECT host!

Edin was an excellent host, provided all information about travel, places to visit, restaurants... The location was perfect, quiet at night, even the city center was in walking distance.
