10/10 is completely deserved, Igor the host and his wife are very friendly and respectful, not only Igor speaks multiple languages very fluently but also they are very kind people, the first night we arrived around 00:30 and the host was there to give us personally the keys, on the last day of our stay before we left rovinj they let us park our car in the residence so we could have a last walk in the city. The location is very strategic, you are close to the center and have also groceries stores that you can reach by walking. 10/10 super deserved, will return for sure next year.

The property is in a great location within easy walking distance to town, marina, restaurants and bars. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. There was also a little balcony to have coffee or a glass of wine watching the sun go down. Car parking was also provided 😃

Very comfortable apartment in a great location with friendly and welcoming host. We had two bedrooms, one bathroom but two separate toilets and a fabulous balcony overlooking the sea. It is a short walk to the centre and 15-25 minute walk to beach (depending which beach you choose). There is a supermarket and cafe/bar a few minutes walk from the apartment.

We stayed at the apartment n5 with two bedrooms. Warm and friendly welcome from Igor with a briefing of the region and the things to do. The apartment is perfect with all equipments needed. A great balcony with a view on the sea and the sunset. The location is at a reasonable walking distance to the center of the town.

The landlord was really nice! Thank you so much to Igor for everything. The apartment was close to the city. Only few minutes walk. It was two balcony’s. The biggest one had seaview and sun in the afternoon, and the other one had sun on the late morning. The beds we’re comfortable. It was a bathroom, and also a separate toilet room. The aircondition was in the hall, so we just had the doors open to the bedrooms at night. It work just fine. I would really recommend this place!

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Great location for walking into town, which took about 10 minutes. It is located at the top of one of the streets leading into downtown. But the walk back up the street is not difficult. There was also a grocery store about a 5-7 minute walk in a different direction. Free parking was available at the property which was very convenient. The host was excellent and was easy to get a hold of if we ever needed anything. We would definitely stay here again. Would be our first choice to stay for our next time back

The apartment is modern, superbly equipped and in a good location, and just a 10 minute walk from the centre of Rovinj. Our host Igor made our trip very special. He was very helpful, friendly and informative about the area.

The apartment was simply perfect. Close to the city center and the beach. Everything extremely clean and the host was very thoughtful of everything you might need.

The balcony was just perfect, the seating was comfy and the area was spacious. Bedroom - large bed and very comfortable. Washing machine - top loader, unlike anything I have ever experience but easy to navigate! Super washing line on the balcony was also very handy as we were road tripping from the U.K. Our hosts!! So attentive and helpful. Almost daily there were wonderful little extras arriving throughout our stay. We will return without hesitation and would highly recommend!

The apartment is beautiful, modern and tastefully furnished with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bed is brand new and comfortable and the entire apartment was equipped with all new appliances. The most beautiful of all is the wonderful view from the terrace, specially romantic sunsets in the evening. An additional benefit is parking in front of the apartment. Apartment is located in quite street, but also very close to city center (2-3 min walk) where we use opportunity to rent bicycles to visit the coast, beaches and the whole Rovinj city. The host was very kind and instructed us in all the necessary details about city Rovinj and gave us very useful tips. We are so delighted with the accommodation and the location, that we will definitely come back again :)!

The tenant is extremely friendly and helpful. The place is perfect and very quiet and the apartment has everything you need for a few days. ( It would be ideal, if at least there was a microwave)

The accommodation is perfectly located, close to the old town and in walking distance to beaches. The host was wonderful and very helpful (Igor, thank you so much for such a warm welcome, for wine and small gifts for us - it was super nice of you!). The apartment itself was large, nice and clean with 2 balconies and fantastic sea view from one of them. Very comfortable bed - I had the best sleep ever :)
