Nice and clean apartment with very well equipped kitchen. The washing machine was a big bonus. Safe parking in inner yard. Close to a city center. We chose to visit the Cuvi beach which took about 25min by foot but bicycle rent was across the street:). The beach is also accessable by car (parking area available).

Absolutely perfect stay! 🌟 We stayed at Villa Baric in Rovinj for three nights, and it was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed during our travels. Everything was simply flawless — the comfort, the cleanliness, the attention to detail, and the peaceful atmosphere made our holiday truly unforgettable. Some previous reviews mentioned noise from nearby construction — we can confidently say that’s not true at all. We didn’t hear any disturbing sounds. On the contrary, we fully enjoyed the calm and relaxing environment. If we could rate it higher than 10, we would give it 100 without hesitation! This place is a hidden gem, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Rovinj. We can’t wait to come back!

“Great accomodation in Rovinj”
Awesome accomodation with really nice owners. Two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living room with entrance to big and beautiful teracce. 10 minutes walk to city centre.
