“Great property and amazing host”
Short but amazing stay at this beautiful property! The location is excellent, just few minutes from the highway, settled in a calm village of Rovanjska. There is parking just in front of the apartment and it's super easy to find. The village is small, so everything is at walkable distance. We visited during the winter, so not much life in this seaside town, but the beach is lovely and sunset amazing. The apartment is fully equipped, everything brand new and filled with anything you can possibly need. It is super specious and with two amazing bathrooms. Air condition in every room, and the heating worked well. The host is lovely, so friendly and easy to communicate with. So many lovely touches and personal details from their side. Could not make a better pick for our stay!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and in a fantastic location just a minute's walk from the beach with a beautiful sea view. The host was incredibly kind, bringing fresh mandarins every morning and even surprising me with homemade pancakes one evening. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Great place! Very friendly and hospitable host. Tangerines straight from the tree and delicious cakes - flavors you will never forget. The place is cozy and clean, has everything you need and even more. Perfect location to visit Zadar, Šibenik, Split, the island of Pag, Velebit and the Plitvice Lakes. Silence, peace, comfort. Good for both short and long stays.

The kitchen is fully equipped, we even found different spices, sugar, salt and flour which we could use. The fridge was also filled with cold beverages. The apartment was overall very clean and cozy. The housts were extremely nice and welcoming. Such sweet and warm people.

Extremely nice and helpful host, amazing clean and beautiful studio with everything you'll need for a stay in a wonderful location. The sea is 3 minutes away, the apartment is very easy to find and it's especially convenient it you come by car (close to coastal road and highway, parking right in front of the apartment). I highly recommend this place, thanks so much!

Everything was perfect. Very clean apartment, modern cosy interior, very comfortable good kitchen and bathroom. There also was a cosy terrace with romantic lighting. Host was super pleasant, she served us beer and home made pancakes with fig jam :)

Everything was clean. The owners were very nice and helpful. They even brought us a plate of cookies. The poperty is very close to the highway, which makes it easy to drive around. Also, it’s located in a quiet area.

“Our favorite place in Croatia”
We loved the place! The apartment is shiny new, decorated with an eye for detail, and sparkling clean. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking. We enjoyed the sun on the private terrace the whole afternoon/evening, after returning from our excursions. The location is very convenient for canoeing/rafting in Zrmanja river, hiking in Paklenica National Park, and excursions to Pag & Zadar. The owner is super lovely, and even surprised us with homemade crepes and fritule.
