“It NEVER HAPPENED”
Nothing. No king size beds. Wife had surgery we canceled due to her surgery and no king bed availability. 48 hours prior to stay we received confirmation of cancellation from Candlewood and Booking.com (scam) but we were charged almost $400. It’s terrible to be part of IHG and have to book elsewhere with another IHG property to get a King and pay more than double the cost.
