Just a 3-minute drive from scenic Lake Tegernsee, this hotel in the Bavarian town of Rottach-Egern offers elegant rooms, gourmet food and a spa with large swimming pool. Decorated in neutral tones, all rooms and suites at Spa & Resort Bachmair Weissach, LUXURY FAMILY RESORT DES JAHRES feature elegant interiors and high-quality furnishings. The 3000 m² wellness area including a Japanese styled spa with hot and cold water basins, steam room and outdoor pool. Guests are welcome to relax in the lounge with fireplace, or on the summer terrace, which overlooks the chapel in the hotel park. I love the Japanese look and Onsen Wellness . Asian restaurant is a but pricey but one of the best we tried in Bayern area.

Every thing was amazing just a couple of recommendations: - wine list doesn’t have the most popular wines people drink these days especially the ones from Italy, France & New Zealand - the main dishes for dinner focused on presentation, and less on taste ( eg beef fillet tasted more broiled than grilled or fried or overcooked I believe these 2 recommendations can be improved easily and then everything is perfect, would definitely come again

Such a beautiful hotel with very pleasant service and wonderful staff. I had an amazing stay for my birthday — the warm and welcoming atmosphere made it truly special. The MIZU Onsen made me feel right at home.

Great buffets especially nice beacuse there is a kids buffet you can always grab something from for your little ones. I believe it goes until 12y olds and it is entirely free. Everything else food options wise is also excellent.

Absolutely wonderful staff. Stefan Budde, Belina Peter and everybody else were really helpful and supportive. The Spa is amongst the best we have been to. Top quality and well kept. Shuttle service was aslo very good.

The Finish Sauna is one of the most beautiful I have seen: spacious, so big, I love the huge window to one side. Moreover, we loved the entertaining activities. We participated at the amazing yoga sessions in the morning, at the Onsen experience with tea next to the fireplace afterwards. The calm areas to relax are thoughtfully designed and beautiful.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. We had a nice and quite room, where we slept extremely well. The breakfast buffet is amazing with a huge variety of fresh, healthy and tasteful local products. Always again!

“An amazing family stay ☺️”
We had a weekend break with our 4 month old and it was almost perfect. Such a great family atmosphere for children of any age. The staff were very friendly, there was a really nice family pool and spa and it was super relaxing. The rooms are good sizes and offer all the things you need for a baby too like a nappy bin, kettle etc.
