The location was great. We had a small view of the sea from the first floor. The room smelled nice and clean and the property manager was friendly. Checking in and out was easy. We had a large truck so didn’t attempt the underground parking but street parking outside of the building was easy.

The property staff were very friendly. We loved the location only a short walk 100M to the beach. Close to all the dining and activities. We had a ground floor unit that had all an enclosed garden which was amazing for our small dog.

The location is superb and the apartment met our expectations - clean, spacious, lovely views and very comfortable beds. I found the owners to be friendly and very reactive when there was an issue with very noisy people upstairs. The apartment is well-equipped and modern and you are literally a minute's walk from the beach (possibly less!). Plenty of good places to eat and a dog-friendly beach nearby (reachable by car) that was perfect for us and our dog.

“Great appartment for a stay in Rosas”
The Property was comfortable, had all amenities needed and the AC and WIFI worked well. Really nice terrace with views out to the sea. Easy to park with free underground parking and the receptionist Maria was super helpful and nice. Comfy bed and nice shower.

“A hidden gem in the heart of Roses”
To wake up to a sea breeze and view of the ocean was exactly what we needed. And to be able to do this from our balcony while sipping the coffee provided (yes, there is a coffee machine! 😍) was just wonderful. Our dog loved it too! Bright and modern layout with a fully equipped kitchen. Quick and responsive service from Maria who went above and beyond when booking and arranging late check in. For those who like a bit of luxury, head up to the rooftop jacuzzi at sunset - absolutely stunning views and very relaxing!
