Woman on reception who was checking us in couldn't find my booking even thought it was booked and paid for . Even showed her booking confirmation. Then wanted to keep our passports till the next day which I wouldn't allowed we exited nearly 2 hours to grt checked in at 3am after a 36 hour drive. I would not book this again service was appealing and then I went down for 4 bottles of water and was charged 25 euros for 4 small bottles of warm water . Never again

“1 night at the Roses and you're hooked!”

“A basic, dated hotel with substandard staff.”
Nice pool and view of the sea but no pool service eg towels have to be paid for at reception and no drinks or food available by the pool. Toilets very basic and dated.

Very nice staff on reception (Sole is nicest and helpful and best speaking English)Also very clean hotel. and lovely lady which clean rooms on 5th floor. Only the food could be warmer because sometimes it was cold
