Good location on the edge of town right next to a park on one side and the ruins of an old monastery on the other, and a short walk to seafront shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and made our dog particularly welcome. It was great to have a lift to upper floors, too, as the dog isn’t keen on stairs. The bed was large and comfortable and the balcony overlooked some attractive allotments. The hotel car park had plenty of spaces and was just across a narrow road from the hotel itself.

“Casa de Mar apartment”
The location was perfect and easy to find. Love the freedom parking. Breakfast was ideal for setting us up for the day and our long journey homeward bound. Nice to have a fridge in the room. Would suspect that in the height of summer the room would be very hot as no air conditioning. Shower was lovely and powerful.

“Welcoming and good value hotel for a short stay.”
Very welcoming staff. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was included in the price. We had our dog with us and rather than the usual €20, we were only charged about €5. There is free parking opposite the hotel and a restaurants over the road if you don’t fancy the walk in to Roses. Overall, very good value . We were very satisfied.

The room was big enough. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Nice balcony with outside table and fridge. Front parking is open but has camera. Beach is very near, few minutes on foot. Breakfast was ok without being amazing.

Nonstop reception, excellent rich breakfast, nice rooms with a balcony and refrigerator. Spacious bathroom. The accommodation is close to the beach, and you can walk to the city center or shops.

“Not a second time!”
The parking was easy and enough room almost in front of the hotel. The location was excellent with only 10 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants strip.

“Ok but noisy and everyone smoking”
I got breakfast much earlier than the official breakfast time. Friendly staff. Big room. At least I could sleep, the night was quiet. In the morning during breakfast I finally found that it was quite a pleasant place:)

“Great Breakfast”
The motel is walking distance to both the town and beach. Free parking which is always a bonus. The room was fine and the included breakfast was fantastic.
