Great welcome and help by reception staff. Nice underground parking. Big, luxurious and very clean apartment. The extra blinds on the windows were great. Washing machine available. Perfect location for peace yet proximity to the boulevard and beach.

The location is simply perfect. It's one minute walk from the beach, the balcony offers a wonderful sea view. About 15 minutes relaxed walk from the most busy part of Roses, but also far from the less nice western end of the promenade. There is a big parking just in front of the building (free off-season), which can be used by your guests or even yourself (underground parking of the appartment is a bit of a mess). Apart from the unfortunate bedroom layout and lack of hangers at the entrance, and appartment is quite comfy and reasonably equipped. Washing machine was helpful. A bit too few dishes and cutlery, but passable, considering there is a dishwasher and you have to buy a lot of tablets for it anyway. It's very nice that a cleaning set is provided, including one washing machine capsule (was enough for us for one week). The appartment and linen was clean (except we discovered ants in the guest bathroom). Internet worked well. Beds were very confortable. Both kids and parents noticed it. We requested ergonomic pillows, which were not provided, but a few extra pillows were, and one of them worked fine. Thanks for this small detail! Despite being right next to the promenade and the sea, the place was very quiet, at least at the end of April.

“More than expected!”
The room was clean. The rooms as in the picture. Frying pan and the rest kitchen things were in a very good condition. Everything works pretty well. Showers and hot water. All great. No noise from outside. Air conditioning. Washing machine. Very friendly staff. Thank you i was a little afraid of traveling so far (from London) by car but everything was great.
