“Dominica staycation”
How accessible everything was... it's a few minutes walk to the city... there's a restaurant n supermarkets very close by. The sea view from the balcony was great. The lady who received us was very warm n pleasant.

We rented Unit 2 Private Apartment in Roseau, the capital of Dominica, for a week. The location was ideal for organizing various hikes in the surrounding area. We were aware that the apartment is situated next to the main road, which meant dealing with considerable traffic and noise. Additionally, there's a football field adjacent to the apartment, leading to soccer games being played almost every evening until 10:30 pm. It wasn't a major issue for us, but it's something people either love or dislike. The apartment was furnished with the essentials, though in a minimalist style, which sufficed. Communication with the staff was smooth; they were prompt in resolving a few issues we had with the internet and our bike rental, so a thumbs up for that. Overall, our stay was positive, although the area is quite bustling.

“Great location, though with accompanying city noise”
Close to town location, overlooking football pitch so doesnt feel crowded in; seaview; easy access to communal buses / taxis; friendly host - 1 or 2 small issues quickly resolved (coffee! :). Nice balcony overlooking street. Close to grocery store; town center 5 minutes walk.
