“Best place to stay in Roseau”
Best place to stay. Great location very central and accessible to different bus routes. Beautiful view of the beach and mountains in the garden, and even a paddle board to use for free. Also, Charmaine is lovely and will look after you :)

Amazingly well kept property with lovely staff! Situated between a road and beach it gives great access into Roseau as well as a nice place to relax in the evenings. As a solo traveller you’ll meet incredible people coming through, make sure to leave time for spontaneous trips with people you meet!

“Ideal Hostel”
Such a perfect place with soft comfortable beds, where it’s possible to hear the waves right from your window. The hostel is so generous that it allows free use of the washing machine (the first time I’ve ever encountered this), with soap and shampoo available to use in the bathroom. The staff are particularly dedicated to keeping the place clean — they are always making it perfect. I would travel all the way back to Dominica just to stay here!

“One Of The Best Balcony's I Had In My Recent Trips!!”
The Hostel was in general passable, but I am giving it a 10/10 simply for 2 reasons, 1) to get a hostel in Caribbeans at the first place and 2) the balcony! You are 20m from the sea. I JUST LOVED HANGING OUT AT THE BALCONY. BEST PART OF MY STAY

A great place to stay in Roseau, just a 10-15 minute walk from the ferry, bus routes & town, with its supermarkets & places to eat. There is also a small bakery & supermarket 1-2 minutes walk from the property. Right on the seafront, with a great back terrace, the hostel is wonderfully cared for by Charmaine & Stephanie. I had a great time there - everything worked well. Highly recommended!

The situation was convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped. The shower worked. There was a good space to sit outside, right by the sea, with an excellent view.

“Fantastic place”
Fantastic place right on the beach. Quick walk to the centre of the town. Bakery next door. Very clean and spacious. The staff is very kind and helpful. Could easily stay here much longer!

“Beautiful place to stay and good value for money.”
Good location, only about 15 minutes walk from the ferry terminal and the back opens straight out onto the sea front, a beautiful view. Clean facilities, kitchen available if needed and laundry can be done also.

What I loved most was the hospitality. The two ladies who cleaned the apartment (Agnes and Shermeaine) were so kind and helpful, they truly made me feel at home!

“Excellent stay for 1 week”
BIG THANKS to the people of this hostel, owners Tiffany and Hubert and employees Sharmeine and the other cleaning lady whose name I can t remember now, sorry. They were all very helpful friendly patient and attentive all the time giving me all the information and help that I needed. The place was clean and in a very good location near the ferry the city center the market the tourism office etc. They arranged the guide MIO for Boiling Lake for a reasonable price very quickly which was one of the highlights of my trip and the sightseeing / activity that I most enjoyed in Dominica. I highly recommend MIO as a guide and Roseau Hostel for a quiet stay and friendliness for a very good price. Thank you so much!
