The location was great with a shop next door, the staff were so helpful, the river was a 10 minute walk, the Centro about the same and plenty of good restaurants in walking distance. The beds were so comfortable. The 12th floor terrace was a bonus.

“Lovely stay at Urquiza”
Well located, spacious apartment. Appreciated the set up of two extra beds in the living space for the children. Great breakfast in the morning and room was cleaned daily. WiFi was reliable throughout. Also enjoyed the swimming pool. In general the foyer and common areas were modern and well maintained. 24 hour concierge was reassuring and staff were always helpful and friendly.

“Never return to this hotel, it is a scam”
The hotel is over rated, extremelly expensive for what you get, Reception staff is not helping, they say no to every request. The hotel has too many rules and the overall experience is bad. Also is infested with pigeons

“Nice stay in a cozy apartment in the centre of Rosario”
Apartment was clean, spacious. Bed very big and comfy. Breakfast had variety and all you need to start into the day. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
