Upon opening the room, there is a strong smell of mold, probably from the shower curtain. After turning on the air conditioner, there is a smell like from a tomb, followed by an incredibly strong, omnipresent smell of cheap artificial fragrance. The hotel management is obviously aware of a serious problem and is trying to cover it up in an incredibly amateurish way. The aroma that is supposed to mask mold and dirt is nauseating. I couldn't keep the air conditioning on, I spent the whole night in the heat, light and noise from the street. The windows wide open were more bearable than the idiotic perfume. Four years ago I gave this hotel a full 10 points. This time I have to say that I will not be returning and giving it a thumbs down for two ruined nights. ¡Qué asco!

The hotel is situated within walking distance from the main attractions. Though the street is busy, the rooms are well soundproofed. The building has been brightly refurbished and gives a nice sensation of cleanliness and space. Staff is welcoming and helpful, the rooms very spacious and and equipped with all you need for a relaxed stay with even a small fridge and microwave. Complimentary water and cakes all afternoon in the lobby area. The hotel has a large indoor parking. The buffet breakfast was tasty and fresh, some more choice of fruit would have been nice, but no complaints. We would highly recommend a stay here and will surely be back next time we visit Rosario, a city that in itself was a very pleasant surprise!

The guestroom was great, super clean, spacious, and completed with needed amenities like ironing board and hair dryer. The bed and pillow was comfortable. The staffs were very helpful and friendly especually during the check-in and at the Excalibur restaurant. The breakfast was ok to my liking. I like that in the lobby the hotel provided infused water, hot water and tea some bread for the guests to take. I think that's a good gesture. The location I think is safe and you can easily find supermarket, mini market, coffeeshops and some restaurants nearby.

How clean it was, everywhere. The staff were very pleasant and super helpful. And the location was great, plenty of places to eat and a short taxi ride into the shopping centre, had it not been so hot, we could have walked. I would definitely return here and highly recommend this hotel.
