“Everything you need for a fabulous family holiday”

Only stayed for 2nights to meet up with family during their 1 week stay so didn’t necessarily make the most of the all inc. Super facilities and all the amenities you’ll need. Lovely staff. Loads of room around the pool area. Delicious rotisserie chicken at the snack bar for lunch.

Pretty spacious room, and everything clean. Even though everyone was reserving sunbeds near the pool from early morning, there were enough sunbeds to use. The food options during the dinner are very nice. Really enjoyed that each night had a different theme. It was still low season, which made the stay calmer and not so crowded, which was great.

The staff, the quality of the hotel, the cleanliness of the rooms and public areas, the food and drinks, pool areas and gardens. Some hotels feel good and you are able to totally relax and this hotel is one of them.

The booking staff were very good and fully obliged us with our request for a sea view and a room next to our friends who flew out from England. All staff were attentive and very pleasant.

We loved the location of the hotel and the staff have been very helpull, especially the reception staff. Food was delicious and the restaurand offered a wide variaty. Restaurant was always clean. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff very polite and proffesional.

-Location is in town centre. Beach side. Easy to find. -Breakfast buffet excellent - not sure why people are saying it's not. -Food in buffet was also good - reviews had left me nervous & prepared to eat outside of hotel but I was extremely pleasantly surprised, particularly by the live stations (lamb chops, suckling pig, chicken thighs) -The beach is brilliant. Any negative reviews posted here I think must be confused with a different hotel. It's not white creamy sand like you get in Dubai or Maldives but it's great. -Check-in experience was great & the porter that helped with our bags was exceptional -The lady doing the animacion is brilliant & deserves a medal -Kids club also good -Mini kids water park pleasant surprise -Hydro spa experience included in stay -One of the pools is a lazy river & v entertaining for the kids

This 5-star hotel had only excellent location – it was possible to reach the beach directly from the hotel areal. The services, meals, room equipment and appearance were good enough, but not at the level of 5-stars hotel in my opinion.

“Beautiful family friendly hotel close to promenade and local facilities, a little way from resort”

Excellent reception staff. We arrived fairly late but still managed to have dinner. The very friendly receptionist left the completion of check in until after we had eaten. Layout of restaurant area was very well planned . Design of bedroom corridors made whole area very quiet and private.. Bedroom and bathroom were spacious although the design of the hand shower attachment made it alnost impossible to use without it being demonstrated. Lifts were attractive and there were more than enough. Location is some way from the centre of Roquetas but with a good bus service and right on the promenade.

My wife and I thought the staff where exceptional and will to go out their way to help. The room was always cleaned very well. The pool and all amenities where always well look after and to a high standard. We both really enjoyed our stay.

Plenty of choice at every meal. Drinks were branded, not cheap imitations. Location right on beach front
