Very nice apartment . Clean and cosy. we can find everything you need . Private parking free of charge. The beds are very comfortable. Just 100m from the beach. The host are very kind and ready to help you with everything.

“A very pleasant apartment in an excellent location right near the train station of Carnolès.”
It was not the fault of the apartment (I have stayed there before and it was excellent) but this time there were very noisy neighbhours right next door who partied until 4am! I don't know if they were temporary occupants (as we were) or permanent residents. If the former, no problem, if the latter, there is a problem.

very accommodating host with a lot of recommendations ..very comfortable bed and clean apartment..coffee and a bottle of wine were waiting for us in the apartment, which rarely happens...a street from the beach, close to the train station in 10 minutes you are in Monte Carlo

“Two nights in the Cote d'Azur”
Great location, 5 minutes to the beach. Lots of restaurants close by. Well appointed and clean and comfortable. Great communication from the owner. Secure car parking at the rear of the apartment which was really great for two motorcycles.

“Excellent stay!”
The property is a 2 minute walk from Carnolès train station in Menton and about 200m walk to the beach. Easy to find, very quiet. there are food places and supermarkets close by. Apartment is nice and modern with Aircon, Wi-Fi, TV, kettle, microwave, fridge etc. The host is very helpful and even gave us a few places to visit should we want to eat out. We were also welcomed with a nice bottle of bubbly. Nice touch! We would definitely come back

All great! Very close to Monaco , quiet , clean and perfect parking even for a big car.
