“Perfect stay, beautiful views”

We loved the location. Monaco is less than 30 minutes walk away, the bus is basically outside the door, the train is 10 minutes walk and the beach is super close and beautiful. Staff were lovely and welcoming and I felt right at home. The apartment is a good size with a bedroom and living area. We had a stunning sea view from the room. There is private access to the beach via a gate so its quick to get down and the beach is nice and quiet.

Had everything we needed like cutlery, stove and amenities. Close to bus and short walk to the train and a gorgeous view of Roquebrune. Apartment was perfect for our stay and the staff were 10/10 so helpful.

“Amazing place”

Amazing place, 70s vibes, private access to the beach.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. Upon arrival, the floor in the living room was filthy and stained. Yet, guests are expected to clean everything themselves before leaving – including taking out the trash, cleaning the floors and dishes, and even stripping the beds and placing the linen into a specific black bag – or else you're charged an extra 50€! Towels and bed linen are not included – it's 9€ per set, which is outrageous. One of the bedrooms is a windowless box – suffocating and hot. The provided fan is a joke: loud, useless, and broken. All the furniture is extremely worn out, the beds are uncomfortable, and the mattresses are in terrible condition. One "bed" is just an old sofa in the living room, the other room has rickety bunk beds. For 2 adults and 2 kids, they gave us one tiny piece of disposable soap and one single-use shower gel – seriously?! The nearest shop is 2 km away, and there are no cafés or restaurants nearby. Parking is paid and extremely inconvenient – you need to squeeze your car into a tiny elevator.

Great place! Friendly staff! Close to Monaco and Menton. I liked that I could manage my expenses myself — renting beach and household items separately if needed. The affordable base rate allowed me to prioritize what mattered most to me

Everything was perfect! The staff was very nice , friendly and helpful ! Top location !!! Less than 10 min from Monaco 🥳! And the view was mindblowing, birds are singing.. absolutely stunning!!!
