“good! nice view”
The view, cleanliness, facilities, and all the amenities were excellent. Everything was exactly as described and very well maintained. We stayed as a group of two, but the apartment was spacious enough for four or more people without feeling crowded. Having Netflix, a washing machine, and a dishwasher made our stay even more comfortable. This is definitely a place where I would love to stay again if I have the opportunity. Highly recommended!

The apartment is situated in an excellent location—a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood, and, above all, it offers a sea view. Morning coffee on the balcony tastes exquisite, and the scent of the jasmine growing nearby is a wonderful added touch. The apartment is very comfortable and equipped with everything one might need. An additional asset is the spacious garage, so there are no issues with parking. Unfortunately, we only stayed for a long weekend, but next time we will definitely stay for longer. Thank you! First of all, it is not possible to find such a clean, large and scenic accommodation in this region at this price. Especially for families with children, I would definitely recommend this house instead of much more expensive one-room hotels. It was not easy to find the house when we reached the specified address with navigation. But when we watched the YouTube video made by the host, it was very easy to find the key to the house, the parking garage and the entrance to the house. I think it was great to have your own parking garage in that area within the price. The house was quite clean in the bathroom and kitchen. The house was always cool inside thanks to the air conditioners working in both bedrooms. The view from the balcony and terrace was as impressive as the cleanliness. Despite the other neighbors, we used the terrace almost exclusively. It was very pleasant to sit in the shade of the lemon trees on the terrace. Again, both breakfast and dinner on the balcony overlooking the sea were very pleasant. The internet speed of the house was sufficient for the whole family. Smart TV included applications such as YouTube Netflix Disney suitable for children. 15 minutes walk from Carrefour, we were able to do our daily shopping. The owner responded to our emails quickly and politely. Due to the price, location, view, cleanliness and parking lot, it is definitely a place where we would want to stay again as a family.

“Perfect, strongly recommended”
The apartment is in a perfect location, very close to the sea. From the bedroom, lying in the bed you can see the sea. It was also very clean, well equipped. Instructions to get the key and enter the apartment and garage were very clear and it was easy. It is a 2 room apartment perfect for 4 persons. Internet is fast and working very smooth. There is good television with built in Netflix (obviously you have to log in with your account). We stayed 2 nights but I wish we would have booked it for more days. I strongly recommend this place.

Ideally located, beautifull appt. Clean and well equiped. View from the balcony - amazing. 2 steps from Monaco/ Monte Carlo. Garage is a huge adventage. Walking distance to the beach. Just perfect.

The property had everything we needed for our week stay! The view was beautiful and having the parking space made it easy to get everywhere. The train was also only a 10 minute walk away! The host was very friendly and was able to help us quickly when we needed!

“Beautiful apartment, but beware the hosts and construction”
Beautiful (small) apartment in a classy old building. The view is outstanding. The apartment is nicely equipped. The garden is pleasant and private. Without a car it’s a bit of walking to station and shops, but manageable. Beach is a 5 min walk.
