I loved everything. Location is few minutes from the train station, sea and restaurants. The apartment is clean and comfortable. I liked the outside seating. Also the communication with the owner was smooth and clear.

The location is great, parking included. Train station is 5 min away, and you can travel to Nice and Monaco very fast. Beach is near, too.

“It was okay for our stay as we were visiting our daughter and her husband and is probably a little tired looking.”
Unfortunately it had a damp smell throughout the building. The shower also could do with a door or curtain as it leaked into the rest of the bathroom. The key fob for the parking didn’t work most times and a friendly neighbour let us out of the parking spot. The outside garden furniture was very tired looking and needed to be refreshed/replaced.

Good, quiet location, nice and clean apartment on the ground floor, shared space in front of the door where you can sit. You are offered free parking in a private parking lot (5-minute walk). Good value for money.

“Nice, modern apartment in a quiet street”
Nice location, close to the sea. They offer private parking which is great as the streets are full, not easy to find a parking place. The apartment is well equipped, clean and modern. The host is very kind and helpfull.

The location is great. Very close to the beach and the train station. The space inside is very comfortable. It was an easy check-in and checkout. There is free parking near the appartment. There was water in the fridge and a bottle of wine, which was great. Friendly people around the appartment as well. There appartment had everything we needed.

Rochebrune Cap-Martin is a lovely place and it was nice to be able to walk to the beach, round the Cap and even Menton! Florian was a good host, but realise that you have to call for him to meet you at the property, as it is in a complex. The apartment is newly renovated, with a well appointed bathroom and kitchenette.
