I requested a late check-in with the apartment staff because I was arriving late in the evening after a very long journey. To my huge disappointment, the password for the lockbox containing the apartment key was completely wrong. They sent me an incorrect code! I stood outside the apartment for almost 2 hours late at night, calling and messaging the staff member multiple times, but nobody answered me. I also contacted the support service of Booking.com, but they could not help either because they were also unable to reach the property. Exhausted and half asleep at 1 AM, I had to take taxis around the city searching for a hotel for the night. It was absolutely terrible and extremely stressful. What made the situation even worse was that after I had already checked into a hotel, paid €200 for the room, and finally gone to sleep, the staff member suddenly sent me a new code for the lockbox — far too late. I was only able to enter the apartment the following day. When I later contacted the apartment staff and requested a refund for the night I could not access the property because of THEIR mistake, they refused. This is absolutely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. I am shocked by how irresponsibly this situation was handled, and unfortunately Booking support was also unable to help me. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Extremely irresponsible management and terrible customer service.

“Home from home. Minutes away from the beach and Monaco.”
The accommodation is perfect for solo travellers or a couple, superbly kitted out with absolutely everything you could possibly need to self cater. Located 3 mins walk from the pebble beach between the Riviera towns of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin and Menton, and only 7 mins walk from Carnoles train station, which is only 8 mins from Monaco Central Station with regular trains, running until late in the evening. This is ideal in order to avoid the extortionate Monaco taxi fares!

The property was amazing with everything that you would need. Was met by Noëlle would was so helpful. The owner of the property was great with lots of informative before I arrived and also checked in with me during my stay. Would highly recommend!!!
