We recently stayed in your apartment for three nights and chose it based on the very positive rating on Booking, which led us to have high expectations. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet those expectations. Although the apartment is spacious and has a certain charm, we encountered a number of issues that significantly affected our comfort: - There was no toilet paper upon arrival, which is particularly inconvenient for travelers. - There was no hairdryer provided in the apartment. - Only one bar of soap was provided for the entire apartment. - The number of towels was insufficient (two bath towels and one hand towel), with none provided for the kitchen or toilet. - The kitchen was not properly maintained: the ventilation hood was heavily soiled with old grease, the oven was dirty, and many utensils were in poor condition. Some dishes stored in cupboards were still wet. - The sink was leaking, which even led to flooding during our stay. Under the sink, an improvised tray was used to collect water but overflowed, leaving kitchen items in dirty standing water. - Kitchenware was inconsistent and insufficient (e.g., only one large mug and one wine glass), which is not suitable for two guests. - The overall cleanliness of the bathroom was concerning: there were visible mold residues in the shower, and significant limescale buildup suggests it had not been properly cleaned for quite some time. - There was no shower mat, causing water to spread across the entire bathroom floor. - Basic amenities were missing: no glass for toothbrushes and no practical storage solutions. - An empty air freshener had been left in the bathroom, giving an impression of neglect. - Sound insulation in the apartment is very poor. - In the bedroom, a desk lamp was present but not connected and in unusable condition. - There was no bedside table or small surface near the bed, which is a basic and expected feature.
