Overlooking Lake Maggiore and the Brissago Islands, Residenza Bettina BnB & Ferienwohnungen is located in Ronco sopra Ascona, 100 metres from the harbour. “Lovely location but room not what we expected which was disappointing”
The B&B is positioned on the hillside next to the lake so the views from the front are wonderful. Breakfast is served at the hotel opposite which has a wonderful terrace overlooking the lake. we had free access to the hotel's canoe and kayaks which was a real treat. There is a regular bus service from outside the hotel in both directions and you get a free pass from reception which we made good use of as it saved us driving/ parking.

“New discovery near Locarno - surely worth the stay!”
Far and yet close, this place overlooks the beautiful lake and provides great view of the island of Brissago. The street that separates the main hotel (Art Hotel) and the apartments, has a direct bus connection to Ascona and Locarno. It was very quiet and picturesque place to walk or simply to sit at the balcony and soak in the view. Additionally the hotel Kayak and Canoes are free for hotel guests, perfect for summer days.

Beautiful place with great lake views. Great breakfast at a location nearby with super friendly staff. Good accessibility from the road (we were able to park right in front of the building) by elevator and a few steps up to the apartment.

“Clean, kind and great value for money!”
We had a wonderful time. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The garden area was equipped with a table and chairs on both sides of the apartment to be able to enjoy the sun in the morning and the afternoon. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed a fabulous meal in the restaurant on our first night.

“Perfect”
A long weekend away and this property was the perfect place to stay. A stunning view over the Lago Maggiore. Great breakfast buffet and very friendly staff!
